It'll never end, it's just beginning. So is the real world now that I've graduated. I thought that keeping up with posting would be easy, that I'd have more time for my hobbies now that I'm not in school and not working as frequently...but that was not the case. Sob story aside, peep the new hair look. The fro needs a break and I need some Summer fun in the case of a new hairstyle. I think one of my vices in life is being able to change my hairstyles so often and I love it. At least I can try new things... but in the case of fashion and style I'm telling you I can't get off this sportswear trend!! Help?

Bring back the 90's they said, and so I did. Thanks to the Spring 2013 runways and trend forecasting now everyone's doing it. A$AP Rocky was obviously my inspiration for this look. I went into Jonathan + Olivia one day to ogle at all the beautiful Spring collections from Kenzo, Acne, etcetera and saw this T by Alexander Wang hoodie (which DEFINITELY was inspired by that pretty MF), and I knew I had to make it happen. Mixing sportswear with chic items (re: vintage leather skirt for $5) is soon to be my forte world. We're gonna take over.

I told you once, don't think I need to tell you twice but k, I'm obsessed with flowers. Gawd, I need more good weather to keep on rockin' these outfits. Spring's literally around the corner. My sunflowers (seeds courtesy of a day trip to Evergreen Brickworks) have just sprouted, my poppies are just about to as well and I have a beautiful bouquet of pink gerbera daisies and white carnations sitting in front of me. I think I'm becoming a green thumb in more ways than one...

Everything's peachy and keen when you wear a nude leather jacket with an all-white ensemble and black kitten heels right? Not exactly. First off, you need to be in possession of a tide-to-go pen in every single bag, purse, wallet that you own (especially if you love to snack during the day as much as I do). It's become a necessity in my life. Now that I've warmed up to wearing whites (literally, the last few purchases I made are all white coloured items) I have decided to be more appreciative of all things laundry-related. I've never had to do this much laundry and with this much care. Trust me: with a new white wardrobe comes great responsibilities.

Throwback to the 90's, again. I thought it'd be quirky to mix these two bright items up with an all black ensemble. I live for all things sportswear. It's the best way to look trendy and almost as if you actually work out! Interestingly enough, I just started a new workout regimen for the upcoming season: squats and lunges. This attire is totally appropriate, but I'm gonna save it for my casual days because I have yet to find the perfect sweatpants & heels combo...

Still figuring things out with life. One thing I have figured out is my love for this floral suit. Not just that, but florals in general... and prints. Prints on prints. Mixing and matching prints! I'm obviously very excited at the thought of Spring fashion. Stay tuned for probably way more florals.

Neglecting my blog seems like a full time job right now. I'm on the last leg of university! I know..I need to make more time for this but we're aaaaalmost there. I just finished a paper and with two more to go, I figured that I just need some me time right now before I start the second paper. Currently my life consists of being swamped with school and work that I have no time to pull together a decent outfit. This may be the first time that I looked pretty alright in a few days. I'm in that disheveled school girl kinda state, hence the mixing of the olive vest with plaid and a slightly scandalous knit sweater.

I recently learned that these shoes are apparently called "vamp heels." I swear, google it and you'll see I'm totally serious. I'm in the final weeks of my last year as a university student so please bare with the lack of posting. I'm upping my game however because next month I will have all the free time in the world and plan to catch up leisurely blog reading, magazine reading, book reading and just living my life as a university graduate. Now I'm just trying to survive these hectic weeks. Anyway-- the outfit! It's too cold out to wear this so I wear it inside, whatever. I'm anticipating good weather and I keep checking theweathernetwork.com for good news, so fingers crossed for that date to come soon.

I own so many boots that I forget to make good shoe purchases for the rest of the year. This year I won't be making that mistake. These are perfect and I paid less than $50 for them. Wore this look today and I definitely felt like Beetlejuice. Say it three times and who knows what'll happen. Topshop is magical. I've been searching for a pair of striped denim for awhile now and voila! magic. Thanks Sir Phillip Green, if you know what I mean. I just wish your prices weren't so high...but I shouldn't complain. Where else would I be able to find these things? Um...thought so.

I can't think of anyone else in the world who loves Spring as much as I do. These are two of my favourite purchases for the month so far. Unfortunately thanks to a recent snowstorm this past weekend, I clearly won't be wearing them anytime soon. A girl can dream. However, no better time than now to start working on my spring wardrobe. I'm a firm believer in global warming's crazy antics and I'm preparing for those randomly scorching days that are bound to arrive in the hopefully near future. Like I said, I'm dreaming away...

I'm gonna stop professing my love for thrift stores. But, dude... a real leather maxi skirt. No, this isn't pleather folks. Real leather. Just dusting off my shoulders right now. I'm in cloud nine with my love for these kicks. They're the perfect fit. I feel like an athletic version of Cinderella every time I put them on. But I'm not athletic at all soooooo... okay, ignore me. Nothing better than shades of black and grey with an unexpected pop of colour. That's how I roll y'all.
